About the role :

As Clinical Lead you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership support and development of Bodycares onsite therapist workforce within your allocated region.

Working closely with the National Clinical Manager Account Managers and Operations you will act as the key clinical leader on the ground ensuring clinicians feel supported capable and confident to deliver high-quality injury prevention and early intervention services.

This role plays a critical part in clinician engagement retention clinical quality and consistent service delivery across sites.
