About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing Real Estate Advisory practice based in Melbourne to deliver and advise on significant projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects nationally, whilst gaining experience in property advisory engagements and transactions across a wide range of asset classes.

About The Team

BDO’s Project & Infrastructure Advisory team are industry leaders in the planning and delivery of city and region shaping infrastructure projects and have recently launched a new national Real Estate Advisory offering. Our Real Estate Advisory team works with government and private sector clients across a range of sectors including residential development, social and affordable housing, Built to Rent (BTR), transport, health, as well as across traditional asset classes. With unprecedented expenditure across a range of these sectors coupled with our market leading experience and deep industry networks, our team is growing and is looking for new and exciting individuals to join.

• Valuation advice
• Development Feasibilities
• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Transaction management
• Strategic Real Estate Advice
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Report writing
• Undertake business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients
• Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals and manage tender processes
• Manage and coordinate third party sub-contractors
• Share awareness of the broader real estate market environment and industry trends across other divisions of the firm and our clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners and broader industry

About You

Our ideal candidate comes from a professional services or corporate environment ideally with a consulting / advisory background.
