About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will ensure accurate invoicing, receipting, allocations, reconciliations, and proactive collections are managed to keep cashflow moving. Partnering with internal teams, you will use SAP to work across a 500 + account portfolio spanning Australia and New Zealand, manage busy seasonal volumes over the Christmas period, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Duties
- Manage AR mailbox; action incoming customer enquiries
- Generate and issue customer invoices and credit notes in SAP
- Allocate, receipt, and reconcile customer payments daily
- Monitor ageing, complete collections and follow‑ups
- Prepare AR reports; maintain master data and support month‑end
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable functions
- Collections experience across high‑volume portfolios
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Confident use of SAP (or similar ERP) and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
