Engineering Manager : Lead End-to-End Software Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical staff

Own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects (planning, execution, release)

Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define technical solutions

Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices

Drive architectural decisions and technical standards

Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and performance evaluations

Manage sprint planning, timelines, and resource allocation

Identify technical risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively

Support hiring, onboarding, and team growth

Align engineering goals with company business objectives
