Research Location

$150k - $160k + super including monthly allowance (depends on experience and knowledge+)

Our client is a leading professional commercial HVAC Experts, Mechanical Services installation contractor and service provider to the construction industry within Victoria.

Position

Reporting to the director about management and delivering new projects where responsibilities will include :

• Team Management
• Accounts and Pay-roll
• Budgeting for Profit and Loss
• Good feel for running the business
• Finding your own processes within the company

About you

To be successful you will have a strong experience working as a project manager for a number of years where you have dealt with HVAC contractors and / or major builders as your client. You will also be able to demonstrate the following :
