• What this job involves :
• Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Relief Building Manager to join our team! In the role, you will work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various residential assets in NSW to cover their leave.A snapshot of the role :
• Cover existing Building Managers whilst on leave
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
• Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
• Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
• Provide superior levels of customer service
• Experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations
• Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
• Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
