Job descriptionEnd-to-end implementation of cloud procurement projects including design, testing, reporting, training, and post go‑live support. Help customers stay focused on their goals by driving the implementation towards a successful, on-time delivery. Coordinate with onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, develop workplans, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables. Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self and those executed by direct reportees. Act as a functional subject matter expert in Source-to-Pay processes : supplier onboarding, requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and payables. Manage business process mapping, process re‑engineering, and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating, and optimizing processes. Collaborate with functional and technical teams on business needs, applications, and integration with strategic plans. Act as a customer advocate within Zycus for issue resolution, functionality enhancement, and feature prioritization. Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans. Support pre‑sales activities, including responding to RFPs and attending client orals. Handle S2P production support and enhancement activities, liaising with business process owners to validate change requests and recommend best practices. Identify issue patterns and work with product management / engineering teams for system resolution. 5–15 years of consulting experience in S2P / P2P solutions with IT organizations, consulting firms, or software providers. 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring Cloud Procurement Suites (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, or similar). Proven expertise in solution configuration : workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP / financial system integrations. Experience in configuring and delivering product demonstrations and managing end‑to‑end software implementations. Strong knowledge of procurement processes (upstream & downstream) including sourcing, contracting, supplier management, requisitioning, invoicing, and payments. Domain expertise in CLM, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis, and Procurement Digitalization. Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical concepts into business benefits. Exceptional client engagement and communication skills with ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams. Demonstrated experience in change management (MOC), business process re‑engineering, and gap analysis. Track record of delivering successful, timely, and high‑quality software implementations. Certification(s) in leading procurement suites (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc.). Exposure to global procurement transformations and multi‑region implementations. Experience working in an Agile / SaaS environment with cross‑functional teams. Solutions Architect - Zycus
Zycus is looking for a Solutions Architect with strong domain expertise in P2P / S2P / Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay / Procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on configuration experience with Procurement Software such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc., and a solid understanding of both upstream and downstream modules. Candidates who have worked as Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant or Pre‑Sales Consultant are highly preferred. Prior consulting experience in implementing or managing Cloud Procurement Suites is also an added advantage.

Configuration & Solution Design
- Configure procurement modules (Upstream and Downstream) across P2P / S2P / CLM suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc.
- Translate business requirements into functional configurations and document configuration settings.
- Define, configure, and validate workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and integrations with ERP / financial systems.
- Perform system demonstrations, functional testing, and ensure configurations meet client requirements.
- Provide configuration expertise during enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.
