Position Overview :  As an Agreement Sales Specialist at Konecranes, you will be responsible for managing sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our maintenance program. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and maximizing revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Victoria). Incentive / Bonus opportunity available, along with company vehicle provided. Allowance and Special conditions available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Seek Business Development opportunities, and maintain current customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favourable while meeting company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize crane and lifting equipment solutions according to client requirements.
• Meet Monthly KPI Requirements

• Stay informed about Konecranes' product offerings, capabilities, and technological advancements to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities and optimize existing ones.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales agreements, from initial negotiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue generation.
• Generate reports and analyse sales data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication
