Job descriptionA minimum of 3 years’ experience as an accomplished Emergency Veterinarian. Possession of current registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Western Australia, or the ability to register. Ability to complete shifts over a 24 / 7 roster. All-inclusive attendance at one of the largest annual veterinary symposiums in Australia – our very own Greencross Clinical Symposium , with one of 7 streams dedicated specifically to emergency and critical care. Your choice of professional membership from AVA membership or Vet Board registration. Access to your choice of online resources such as VIN, VECCS, Dove Lewis, Wiley, Vet Webinar, Plumbs, Elsevier, VetEducation, VetFolio and Vetstream. Hone your clinical skills by attending some of our workshops and wetpracs , taught by specialists and leading experts from across the country. Join in on our company wide “quarterly critical case reviews” ,or if obtaining your memberships is a goal for you we have a monthly membership study group and practice exam sessions. Achieve Stress Free Pets certification andmaximise patient outcomes during CPR with RECOVER certification , the only standardized CPR training available to veterinary professionals. Apply for scholarships for high level education courses including the University of Melbourne Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care, or alternatively, if you have a special interest let us know !
