THE POSITION :
Step into a key secondment role to support the mobilisation and operational readiness of a brand new sitePartner with and mentor an incoming Site Manager sharing internal knowledge and best practiceOversee daytoday operations during the mobilisation period ensuring smooth transitions and high standardsDrive operational efficiency manage cost controls stock systems and support financial reporting processesChampion exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationshipsPlay a handson role in building a highperforming team culture and reducing turnover through strong leadershipTHE PERSON :
Demonstrated experience in highend hospitality leading diverse teams across bar catering front desk and cleaning operationsStrong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets control costs and support P&L performanceConfident and collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills to engage support and influence teams and stakeholdersSound understanding of hospitality standards including food safety compliance and risk managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems with a focus on resource planning and reportingTHE BENEFITS :
