Self-Licenced Firm - Financial Planning Client Services Manager - Sydney CBD / WFH

We are a boutique financial planning firm based near the Queen Victoria Building / Town Hall Station, Sydney (CBD).

Our clients are mainly time-poor, white-collar professionals; and we provide holistic financial advice (on areas such as investments, private equity, cash flow, wealth creation, risk strategies, superannuation, insurance, etc).

We are offering a Full-time role (or part-time subject to agreement) to the right candidate to join our team.

It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial planning firm with an established client base and also a constant stream of new clients - making the work varied and enjoyable.

The work involves completing implementation workflows (such as super, investment & insurance implementation), running insurance quotes and liaising with clients and providers. The successful candidate will also work with our ongoing advice team helping with ongoing administration requests such as updates to beneficiary nominations and changes to pension payment details.

Culture is very important in our firm, and the successful candidate will require good interpersonal skills and fit into our close-knit, service-oriented (not revenue-oriented) team. We usually have a weekly team lunch with the 10 people in our Sydney office and also do activities each quarter such as an escape room and dinner.

We are looking for a candidate who will be available during normal business hours (5 days a week, 9am - 5 : 30pm) at our Sydney CBD practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday while working from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This would be a great opportunity for either an experienced or entry-level financial planning client services manager who is looking for a flexible, progressive working environment.

Please note : Financial planning experience is a mandatory requirement for this role so please do not apply if you do not have financial planning experience or if you are not located in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of written and verbal English, as well as a keen interest in the financial planning industry.
