Your Role

Join the Dulux Acratex team in Padstow in an exciting opportunity. The Dulux Acratex coatings and product systems have been famous in construction and alterations / additions markets for over 40 years. Dulux Acratex is the preferred choice of products by industry leading contractors and specifiers. This role is responsible for optimising business profitability and market share in our texture customer segments and associated product categories. Dulux Acratex provides a comprehensive training and induction program to ensure you are confident and competent across our systems including CRM, products, and associated strategies.

This role will add a key dynamic to the high-performance team across the state and we embrace diversity, different skill sets and experiences to enrich our team ongoing. Being a sales role within a high-performance organisation, this role would suit a vibrant and outgoing personality as a key part of this role is around people, networking, collaboration, and influence – namely your contractor base, stores and distribution network, internal stakeholders, and industry influencers.

We are looking for somebody that has solid commercial acumen, demonstrated CRM experience, is data driven, strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Execute a consistent call plan based on our national framework
• Manage and plan your contacts and projects through the CRM database
• Drive category growth across the key coatings in texture
• Build a local project pipeline to secure local construction projects in your territory
• Drive local and national promotional sales initiatives
• Maximise sales in the local coatings industry through effective relationships with substrate suppliers, industry groups and associations
