As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Leadership and Development to help steer our performance-based operations and team initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, project management experience, and a passion for helping others succeed in a purpose-driven environment.

Position Summary

This role blends leadership, structured project oversight, and performance-based responsibilities. You’ll guide candidate engagement through structured frameworks, support business growth through strategic lead generation, and manage daily operations to drive team and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage lead-generation initiatives using social media platforms, digital marketing and the latest AI tools – full training provided

Screen, interview, and onboard eligible applicants using structured systems and frameworks

Guide and support applicants through their discovery journey about what we do, and determine the right fit.

Facilitate virtual leadership calls and mentorship sessions to support individual performance goals

Utilise internal systems (CRM, training platforms) to track progress, performance, and communication flows

Contribute to corporate initiatives to support team growth and operational excellence

Engage in daily personal development and leadership training.

Lead by example in maintaining a high-performance, self-directed working culture

Key Attributes and Experience

Previous experience in project management, leadership development, or an experienced team leader – at least 5 years. (Formal qualifications not essential)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident in both structured conversations and motivating others

Passion for personal development and empowering others to achieve their goals

Highly organised, self-motivated, and outcomes-focused

Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, digital environment

Familiarity with CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and virtual collaboration tools is useful, however, full training is provided.
