About The Speech & OT Co.
The Speech & OT Co. are a team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who service the South East and North areas of Melbourne. We are a small team of over 20 incredible humans who strive to make a positive impact support one another and have a lot of fun while doing so.
We take a neurodiversity affirming approach to all that we do. This means we celebrate all bodies and brains and use their strengths to help them succeed. We respect neurodivergent voices follow evidence based practices and foster a culture of acceptance and growth.
We have THREE Occupational Therapist positions currently open :
- 1x new graduate clinician Glenroy clinic (no experience)
- 1x early career clinician Chelsea Heights clinic (1-2 years experience)
- 1x established clinician Chelsea Heights clinic (3-4 years experience)
Tasks and Responsibilities
Blended model of clinic-based and mobile therapy servicing areas of Melbournes South East (Kingston Casey and Frankston) with a central base in Chelsea Heights.To engage with children 0-12 with different bodies and brains.To implement a neurodiversity affirming approach with families and children.To be a part of a genuinely caring supportive and incredible community.Perks
