About the Opportunity
Were looking for a highly organised customer-focused professional to be the backbone of our Ranger Services Team. As the Ranger Services Assistant youll be the first point of contact for community enquiries managing requests prioritising issues and ensuring our Rangers can focus on the field work that keeps the community safe and supported.
Youll provide high level administrative support manage requests through our CRM system allocate jobs generate reports and deliver professional clear and accurate customer service to staff and the public. Your work ensures our team can operate efficiently and deliver the best possible service to the community.
To be considered youll hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration Customer Relations Local Government (Regulatory Services) Legal Services or an equivalent qualification along with strong customer service organisational and communication skills.
