About The Role
Assistant Manager - South Tweed Tavern
South Tweed Tavern is located on Minjungbal Drive in Tweed Heads South, right near the NSW / QLD border. We offer a warm and welcoming environment with food, drinks and a great space to celebrate special occasions.
What You’ll Do
Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open / close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat You’ll Need
Hospitality / Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA and RSG / RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming is preferred, not essential.The benefits are good too!
