The Role

This exciting business is seeking a hungry, commercially-driven National Account Manager to unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth with key retail partners.

This is a role for someone who sees potential everywhere - whether it's expanding wallet share with existing accounts, opening doors to new categories, or spotting the next big retail opportunity before anyone else does.

You’ll own the growth agenda, building on existing momentum while proactively hunting for ways to grow revenue, expand ranges, and deepen partnerships.

Your focus :

  • Working closely with internal and external customers to negotiate, plan, and execute promotional opportunities while identifying new product and range opportunities.
  • Building on wins - capitalizing on successful launches to expand your footprint with key retailers.
  • Developing ambitious, growth-focused strategies for your account portfolio and proactively pushing for more.
  • Negotiating and executing promotional opportunities while staying ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to onboard new products and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Analysing sales data to uncover hidden opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

A Bit About You

  • Recent experience managing retail accounts within consumer goods.
  • Strong relationships and knowledge of key retailers (the likes of BigW, Kmart an advantage).
  • Commercially savvy with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell a vision.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive - you take initiative and spot opportunities others miss.
