About the Role

At Mad Mex, our Grill Masters are the fire behind the flavour, dedicated to perfecting every grill dish with skill and flair. Your role? To lead the grill station with passion, cooking up fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards.

You’ll work with our secret recipes and ensure each meal is crafted with care, all while following food safety and hygiene standards. With your expertise and energy, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver bold, flavour-packed meals that keep our guests coming back for more.
