Job descriptionManage a well‑maintained inner‑city portfolio of 190 properties Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination Conduct inspections and ensure full legislative compliance Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants Resolve issues efficiently with strong support from admin, accounts, and junior staff A current real estate licence, reliable car + valid driver’s licence Previous experience as a property manager Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Professional, client‑focused mindset with a strong work ethic
