About the Role
Metricon Homes, a leading multi‑award winning new home builder, seeks an individual who shares our passion for delivering quality, service and award‑winning living solutions for Australian families.
You will work closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity, gaining a fantastic understanding of the Metricon Sales process and how to work with our customers to choose a design and facade that works for them while growing your sales career.
Schedule : Thursday to Monday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM. Weekend work is mandatory. Candidates must be flexible to travel to multiple work locations and ideally reside in areas central to the Caloundra to Bridgeman Downs regions.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisors
- Work with land development sales offices and assist with house and land packages
- Work closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
- Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
- Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet / Greet requirements
- Provide a top‑class Home Demonstration to customers
- Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
- Providing customers with a first‑class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Support Sales Administration / Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process
- Liaise with customers for all sales queries
