Job description

We are looking for experienced NDIS support workers to join our dedicated team at St Louis Homes, providing care across our luxury homes in Aldinga and Victor Harbor. This role requires flexibility to work across both locations.

We have multiple positions available, including :

  • Casual
  • Permanent Part Time

  • , you will work under the support and guidance of our Dementia Care Specialists and be part of a dedicated client-focused team, you will have genuine connections and actively engage with our clients in all aspects of daily living including, personal care, domestic duties, meals, social activities, and community participation.
  • To be successful in this role you will have
  • A person-centred approach to support people in their daily living
  • Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantage
  • Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts.
  • Essentials
  • Current influenza vaccination is a requirement.
  • National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
