In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing National Fleet Management team and be responsible for supporting and managing a large Company Car Fleet. Whilst this role is a full time 9-month contract role, there is potential opportunity to grow your career in this organisation at the completion of the contract. We are looking for a candidate to start early-mid March.

Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, your key duties & responsibilities will be :

Coordination of Company & Lease vehicle changeovers on the floor in our Fleet Warehouse.

Management of the allocation and changeover of Loan vehicles.

Processing changeovers paperwork in systems.

Management of General Fleet Enquiries and requests for assistance.

Assist with the preparation of vehicle for sale.

Coordination of Fleet warehouse and external fleet areas.

Assist with arrivals of new Fleet vehicles.

Qualifikationen

What you will need to be successful :

A fast learner, keen to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage various tasks effectively and efficiently.

Team player, organised, friendly, have a relationship styled approach in dealing with internal staff members with a can-do attitude.

Good collaborative skills with the ability to co-operate with employees at all levels.

Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.

Sound communication skills (verbal and written).

Computer literate; ability to use Microsoft Office.

Experience in Motor Vehicle Industry would be an advantage.

Full Drivers Licence.

Pass National Police Check.

This is a full time, 9-month temporary position (pay-rolled through a trusted third party) based at our head office in Mulgrave.
