Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at EG Brooks Garden - Open to candidates looking for Permanent Full Time (40 hrs) or Permanent Part-Time (32hrs Pro Rata $47,440)

In this key leadership role, you’ll support the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing team.

Availability : We require the Assistant Store Manager to be available on form Tuesday to Saturday for Full Time or Wednesday to Saturday for Part time.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service and presentation excellence
• Assist in managing store operations including stock control, merchandising, and team performance
• Oversee training, development, and performance conversations
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment
• Drive additional sales through up-selling and effective product recommendations
