What youll be doing :

Lead from the front and create a high-energy inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed

Be hands-on in your approach supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution

Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets

Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience

Develop and inspire your tam to grow into confident capable retail leaders

Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment

Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm

Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused role
