THE ROLE :
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our customers, guiding them through their construction journey with us. Your dedication will ensure that each touchpoint is seamless, supportive, and exceeds expectations. This role requires a range of duties, including but not limited to :
- Efficient Workflow Management
- Accurate Record Keeping & Document Management
- Client File Management
- Appointment Coordination
- Contract Preparation
- Order Processing
- Developer Rejection Reviews
- Land Title Updates
- Finance Follow-Up
- Client Updates
- Inspection Bookings
- Final Invoicing
- Certification Follow-Up
- Bank Valuation
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
To be successful for this role you don't need an ample of experience within construction industry, although it could be an advantage. We are looking with :
