Senior Manager Transformation Technology Program Delivery

In this role, you'll :

• Oversee project allocation and prioritisation, establishing governance across the Technology program portfolio and guiding stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery of large-scale, high-risk digital transformation initiatives.
• Be accountable for ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance with public sector governance frameworks, and effective coordination of cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of thirteen (13) to drive business outcomes and contribute to the development of the Centre of Excellence (COE) fostering collaboration to enhance project capability. You will also provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and project professionals, promoting continuous learning.
• Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to define program / project scope and requirements, while leading the team to drive effective program planning.
• Oversee project governance, methodology and assurance, and ensure they align with the portfolio framework and project delegations.
• Ensure program outcomes are delivered in alignment with established process frameworks and set portfolio standards.
