Community Support Worker - In Home Aged Care
Generous New Pay Rates! $29.71 - $33.51 per hour + Super
- Flexible start & finish times - choose your own hours!
- Significant training & support provided – No experience needed!
The Position :
We are currently recruiting passionate and caring individuals who are looking to make a difference in our Aged Care clients lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.
You do not need to have any previous experience to apply for this role, we will teach you everything!
The following locations we have available for servicing across Sydney :
Lower North Shore (Mosman to Killara to Hornsby)Northern Beaches (Newport to Manly)Parramatta to Kellyville to BlacktownRyde & surroundsMosman to RiverviewYou will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday (Preferably 3-5 days)
About the Role :
Provide quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes through services such as :
General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, hanging up washing etcPersonal care such as showering, dressing, grooming and toileting (once trained)Meal preparationSocial SupportRespiteTransport to appointments and shopping etcRequirements for the role :
An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essentialReliability and compassion for the elderlyStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeCertificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - advantage but not essential, you can complete this through our traineeship programPrevious experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded but not requiredEvidence of Covid vaccinationsOur Benefits :
