Senior Property Manager - St Kilda - Up to $95k+Super

Up to $95K+Super (Depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a very clean, well-managed portfolio, based in the bayside area. You will have proven years of experience in property management and will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 200 properties.

About The Role :

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Managing a portfolio of 200 properties
Well maintained portfolio - in the bayside area
No weekends
Leasing and admin support

Salary up to $95k+Super (depending on experience)

About You :

2+ years managing a residential portfolio

Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate

Experience using a Property Management program such as Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit

Corporate attire & presentation

Car & Driver's Licence

Exceptional customer service skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
