The Role :
Reporting to the Contract Administration Team Leader and Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Contract Management and Technical Support team with the management and delivery of maintenance contracts and the preparation of client reports.

The Candidate :
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential and previous experience in the building services industry an advantage. You have a high level of written and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and are self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude. An intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
