About the Role (your why)

This is an intermediate role that will provide exposure to a wide range of projects to further your FinOps career. You will have access top training platforms, decades of experience within the team and practical opportunities to test and refine your FinOps skills

As a FinOps Analyst, you will support our customer engagements, assessing their needs, and leading the development and implementation of a CFM roadmap, and guiding our customers in meeting their FinOps Goals

Please note, this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. To be eligible for the role you will need to be living in Australia and hold Australian Citizenship status or Permanent Residency.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work / life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

At the moment, as  FinOps Analyst  you will be focused on :

• Be a trusted advisor for how best to manage and mature our customer's CFM practice
• Guide and inspire our customers on how to meet their Cloud management goals
• Lead workshops, training, business process design and governance content creation
• Participate in continuous improvement of our products and service delivery
• Own the end-to-end customer outcome

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs
