Mechanical Maintainer Field - Day Shift

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

This role is a great opportunity to contribute to productivity and continuous improvement initiatives in the Field equipment maintenance areas of our business.

You will be working on a range of OEM fleet including a Letourneau Loader, / Liebherr & Hitachi / Excavators and Drills whilst working the 2 Panel Dayshift, 42 hours Monday to Sunday roster.

To be successful in the role you will also display the following skills and attributes :

Essential Criteria :

• Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification or equivalent;
• Proven Heavy Industry experience on Excavators, Drills and Loaders. Experience on P&H XPC Shovels, Draglines is also considered desirable.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proven ability to work safely in a team environment;
• Proven skill in diagnostic problem solving across the Field fleet;
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality of work;
• Ability to problem solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
