The Role
The Business Operations Manager will sit at the heart of the business, owning day‑to‑day operations while also contributing to strategic and financial oversight. This role requires someone equally comfortable in the detail as they are zooming out connecting financial performance, ecommerce trading results, and operational execution to ensure the business is running efficiently and sustainably.

- Oversee day‑to‑day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with commercial objectives

- Monitor business performance against KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improved profitability
- Support financial reporting and analysis to enable informed, data‑driven decision‑making
Ecommerce & Trading Performance
Own and manage ecommerce trading performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysisOwn and manage marketing, digital, and fulfillment functions to optimise conversion, customer journey, and revenue growthAnalyse trading trends, product performance, and customer behaviour to inform commercial strategiesSupport planning around launches, promotions, and peak trading periodsCustomer‑Centric Operations
