An established and highly regarded real estate agency on the Gold Coast is on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their close-knit and collaborative team. The Opportunity :

Step into a well-maintained portfolio of ~100 properties
Focus on relationship-building and service — not chaos or crisis
Supportive leadership and hands-on Principal from a PM background who genuinely cares
Work in a positive, ideas-driven culture where your input is valued

Key Responsibilities :

Manage, entries, exits, and occasionally support the leasing consultant with renewals

Coordinate repairs and maintenance

Build strong rapport with both landlords and tenants

Conduct open homes and attend to day-to-day PM duties

Who You Are :

Certificate of Registration (required)

2+ years in property management

Proactive, detail-focused and professional

Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment

Driver’s license and reliable car

Experience with PropertyMe is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided.
