About the Role
We’re seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support business stakeholders and technical teams in delivering cybersecurity projects. This short-term engagement will focus on providing analytical, documentation, and coordination support across the full project lifecycle — from initial costing and estimation through to implementation and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning activities, including developing project cost estimates, sponsor briefs, and business documentation.
 - Conduct detailed requirements analysis, stakeholder analysis, and process modelling to support cybersecurity initiatives.
 - Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirements, test cases, and training plans.
 - Assist with organisational change management (OCM) activities to ensure smooth adoption of cybersecurity solutions.
 - Perform data analysis tasks including identifying duplicate records, reviewing access datasets, and developing or validating access rules.
 - Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure solutions align with organisational goals and security standards.
 - Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
 
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within cybersecurity, IT security, or technology transformation projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.Familiarity with security principles, identity and access management, or risk management will be highly regarded.Term : 3-month contract (with potential for extension)Location : Perth, WA — office-based role#J-18808-Ljbffr
