We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators for a maternity leave coverage of minimum 6 months with potential to extend beyond.

A successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off-site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
• Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
• Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.
• Communication skills : Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• Organizational skills : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and logistics.
• Time management & attention to detail : Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Customer service orientation : Provide excellent service to all recruitment stakeholders.
• Problem solving : Quickly identify and resolve any challenges in the recruitment process.
