Senior Business Analyst (baseline)

Green Light are looking for a Business Analyst - Baseline , with experience working with business teams on a Federal government end customer. This role will see you working on several projects across a large program of work, focusing on business process reengineering, business transformation and change.

Ideally you will work with the Project Manager to drive business solutions and will take pride in your attention to detail, accuracy of your work and ability to work in a fast paced, high performing team.

This role does require an active AGSVA baseline clearance at a minimum . Consultants that do not hold this minimum requirement will not be considered. This role will work with a Federal government client and will require some interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Experience in facilitation of workshops to elicit business requirements
• Experience in process definition and working with business teams on re‑engineering process changes
• Documentation of business requirements and processes
• Development of requirements traceability matrix and alignment to the solution design
• Supporting the project manager in ensuring project scope is managed
• Raising risk, issues and changes affecting project to Project manager and team for resolution
• Experience in Technology projects and implementations
• Experience managing user acceptance testing with business resources and technical teams
• Provide updates to project team on project deliverables and scheduled tasks
• Seeking a self‑starter, proactive individual with a delivery focus
• Able to work on multiple conflicting priorities at the same time
• Attention to detail essential and high quality of output on deliverables
• Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels
