Job Description Summary

The Territory Manager will be responsible for the sale and support of the Peripheral Intervention division in Perth WA. This includes Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD), Venous and Ports (Oncology) portfolio of products. This is a position where a majority of the week (>

70%) is spent in case support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyse sales and market data to develop measurable project objectives to achieve / exceed sales budget (Qty / Yearly).- Manage product mix to achieve divisional sales and marketing objectives.- Review, evaluate and account to Sales and Product Managers for variances against sales plan and develop / implement agreed remedial plans.- Exercise effective time and territory management.- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records through Salesforce.- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.- Perform all necessary administrative work.- Manage all applicable consignment and boot stock (including capital equipment) as per policies (count accuracy, expiry management, Consignment performance).- Develop, maintain, and display professional selling skills in addition to the continual learnings in technical product knowledge.- Proactive is self-development progression.- Budget and control expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Preferred Requirements :

  • Experience in surgical or medical device sales- Previous background in Vascular / Interventional space advantageous- Commercial mindset with the ability to execute a profitable territory plan- Strong people, negotiation and influencing skills- Collaborative and a team player- Strong communication skills- Proven previous results and solutions / outcome driven- Ability to work autonomously- Resilient with a positive mindset
