WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As an On-Demand Talent Operations Senior Specialist, you'll join a global team called Results Talent Network (RTN). RTN is a new solution developed by Bain since 2020 in order to build a virtual, scalable network of functional experts, implementation specialists and buffer resources to augment Bain case teams and other pools of Bain resources globally.

After a pilot launch in 4 geographies in 2020, RTN is now live across all Bain EMEA and North American offices and being rolled-out progressively in selected APAC offices.

RTN operations and deployment are currently managed by a team of 14 across various Bain offices globally. RTN's APAC team is currently composed of 2 members, who are managing regional operations on a day-to-day basis on top of paving the way for future growth for this newly created business.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

The RTN APAC On-Demand Talent Operations Senior Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and operations orientated person to help define, set up, and drive the path to expand and grow RTN in the APAC region.

This role will form part of the APAC operations team reporting into the APAC RTN Manager, and will work closely with the Global RTN team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will provide the occupant an opportunity to help build a business within Bain, rapidly scaling a new capability in APAC. The occupant will also have high visibility within Bain, gaining exposure to senior leaders across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work on the front-line of RTN requests in APAC, including but not limited to :
  • Managing the pipeline of RTN requests in APAC, including liaising with Bain partners to understand the profiles they need on their projects, relaying requests to RTN Managed Service Provider and external talent providers, updating key stakeholders on progress on talent sourcing and answering any questions RTN customers may have on the RTN model
  • Supporting live Bain case teams augmented with RTN contractors through facilitating contractor performance reviews, running pulse check surveys and dealing with any issues or questions that arise from both the team and the contractor
  • Provide SWAT support to the APAC and Global operations teams on topics such as, but not limited to :
  • Generating marketing content for RTN within the region
  • Producing presentations and working materials for RTN such as on-boarding decks, case team materials, end-of-month reporting, SteerCo materials etc.
  • Maintaining a regularly updated database of RTN case studies to be used in future marketing materials and conversations
  • Creating, running and analyzing surveys relating to RTN, our customers and our talent providers
  • Performing and synthesizing analysis for the RTN team and stakeholders on North American RTN deployments (location, length, talent requirements etc.) to produce insights on RTN's demand and supply, enabling strategic decisions

ABOUT YOU

  • Masters or Undergraduate degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or recruitment
  • Strong and professional client facing skillset
  • Project management capabilities
  • Highly collaborative individual with demonstrated track record as a self-starter and the ability to prioritize among competing demands
  • Highly responsive, service-oriented individual with experience working effectively cross-functionally within a "client-centric" global organization, including flexibility in adjusting priorities and work hours / availability to meet customer needs
  • Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • English fluency required
  • Willingness to travel (limited travel may be requested)
  • Previous Agile experience / training
