  • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Associate, to join our Quality Assurance team.

    • What you'll do
    • Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Associate is responsible for providing quality assurance support to an assigned area within AZ operations site at North Ryde. Your responsibilities will include :

    • Manage critical Compliance and QS programs and lead / execute required activities to ensure the site meets current GMP requirements of all local / global regulations and internal AZ Quality and Compliance policies
    • Drive continuous improvements efforts through monitoring / evaluation of site systems & processes against current Compliance and Quality Systems requirements and influence key stakeholders on recommended Compliance improvements
    • Provide active support during inspections of site by External Customers, internal assessors, and Regulatory authorities. The QA Associate is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and the documentation system at the site
    • This role is also responsible of ensuring systems master data (SAP, LIMS, Empower, etc.) complies with the Health Authority filings and quality requirements.
    • Essential for the role
    • Tertiary qualifications in a science or quality related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in a Pharmaceutical / Technical environment in Quality Control
    • Sound project management, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical laboratory functions
    • Demonstrable teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships between key stakeholders
    • Good analytical, written, and oral communications skills
    • Desirable for the role
    • Experience in multiple areas of quality
    • assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

    • Knowledge of computerized management systems (SAP and PASX)
    • Sound project management, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills.
