What You’ll Be Doing
- Guide sponsors and exhibitors through their sponsorship participation in client shows (e.g., booth experiences, digital elements, content and sessions, graphics, registration) and collaborate with client workstreams to fully execute the sponsorship elements.
- Act as the sought‑after “voice of the sponsor,” influencing teams and vendors to think “sponsor first” to enhance the sponsor and attendee experience.
- Directly manage sponsors to successfully execute their event sponsorship package and engagement opportunities (MPOs – additional sponsorship elements).
- Collaborate with client workstreams to identify timelines and execute each area of the packages and additional marketing opportunities (MPOS).
- Proactively develop and implement processes for delivery of sponsorship packages and MPOs.
- Contribute to the development, communication and management of sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, tech specs, key dates, review processes, approvals and more.
- Where appropriate, support financial management of sponsorship packages inclusions and MPOs in conjunction with vendors and client teams (tracking, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation).
- Maintain strategic relationships with senior sponsor decision makers to identify and drive cross‑sell / upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth and retention.
- Continuously improve client and sponsor relationships and sponsor opportunities across mediums through analysis and improvement plans.
- Be a key player in project teams, providing day‑to‑day guidance, knowledge sharing and experience development to model the Nteractive values.
What You Will Bring
Experience or working in sponsorship / exhibition execution at a high level or relevant transferable skills.Proven project management skills, managing multiple projects on time and to budget.Proven experience of delivering sponsorship / exhibition packages.Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple events and projects.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.Experience working with the Microsoft eco‑system is desirable.Multi‑language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Malay, Indonesian, or Korean are a plus.Other Requirements
