Criteria
The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a response to each criterion. Each response is limited to 3000 characters.
- 1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as Jira Enterprise Service Management, BMC remedy or ServiceNow.
- 2. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy.
- 3. Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
- 4. Familiarly with CI / CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.
- 5. Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products.
- 6. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- 1. ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications (e.g., ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leader).
- 2. Advanced certifications in ESM tools, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, BMC Helix Administrator, or Jira Administrator.
- 3. Experience with additional ESM tools and platforms, such as Ivanti, Freshservice, or Zendesk.
- 4. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
