About the opportunity :
We're looking for a highly capable and motivated Agile Delivery Lead to drive outcomes across our Enterprise and Product teams. This is a full-time, permanent position based in North Sydney, reporting to the Principal Delivery Lead - Technology.
In this hands-on role, you'll be key to ensuring smooth delivery, championing agile practices, and building confidence with stakeholders. You'll work in both Agile and Lean environments, balancing flexibility with structure to deliver value iteratively and predictably.
As a Delivery Lead, you will :
Enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, foster collaboration, and remove impediments.
Support the growth of our delivery practice by sharing knowledge and coaching teams to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
