Assistant Manager
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.
About The Role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.

Skills & Experience
Management Training Plan
Week 1 to 6 – Crew Station Training : This allows our managers exposure to completing crew tasks. We can’t coach something we can’t do ourselves!
Week 7 to 11 – Leadership / Management Training : This covers everything from basic shift running, policies, procedures and expectations, goal setting, KPI’s, food safety and delegation.
Week 12 – Certification : Your training plan is reviewed, and shift audits are performed to ensure the manager is ready to run a shift unsupervised.
