Senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Oracle EPM Functional Senior Consultant to join our Oracle practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead EPM business transformation projects, provide advisory services, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that deliver real business value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advisory services : Guide clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps and participate in business transformation initiatives.
• Lead implementations : Design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across Planning & Budgeting (PBCS / EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
• Drive business analysis & requirements gathering : Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Support presales & proposals : Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
• Build relationships : Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Lead & mentor : Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.
