The Opportunity

The Cluster Manager will work closely with Store Managers and their teams - often right there on the shop floor - providing hands‑on coaching, mentoring and support. The role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the brand's in‑store standards and driving strong commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partnering with Store Managers to deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences.
• Leading by example in-store, mentoring teams in service excellence, visual merchandising and operational best practice.
• Using commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Supporting the rollout of business initiatives and brand campaigns across the cluster.
• Building, developing and retaining high‑performing teams through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborating with the State Manager to implement strategic direction and share insights that drive performance.
