Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless banking experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and education on digital solutions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in branches and act as a role model and peer coach.
- Adopt the ANZ Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
- Understand and manage risk through ‘know your customer’ practices and comply with ANZ branch policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer focus – retail experience is an advantage.Digital fluency – experience as a user and promoter of technology with working knowledge of digital channels.Ability to multi‑task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.Sound understanding of compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Location & Working Hours
Top Ryde Shopping Centre, Shop 1029 LG2, Cnr Devlin St & Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW 2112.
Part‑time (permanent) – roster hours 9 : 30am‑2 : 30pm Monday‑Friday. Saturday and Sunday not rostered.
