Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless banking experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and education on digital solutions.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in branches and act as a role model and peer coach.
• Adopt the ANZ Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
• Understand and manage risk through ‘know your customer’ practices and comply with ANZ branch policies and procedures.

Top Ryde Shopping Centre, Shop 1029 LG2, Cnr Devlin St & Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW 2112.

Part‑time (permanent) – roster hours 9 : 30am‑2 : 30pm Monday‑Friday. Saturday and Sunday not rostered.
