As a trusted Advisor of the Talent Acquisition Team and a key member of the PC&W Advice & Services Team, you will be focused on the implementation and development of effective tools and methods, including online recruitment tools to assist Managers with effective and efficient recruitment.

  • About the Role
  • We are improving how we operate, putting our people and customers first, and we want to ensure our TA process and support ensures this!

  • The role would see you;
  • Partnering with hiring managers to assess business needs, conducting job briefs and providing strategic TA advice
  • Drafting & writing best practice job advertisements
  • Participating in panel interviews
  • Training and guiding hiring managers through a self-managed recruitment process
  • Providing advice on recruitment practices, legislative requirements and procedure
  • Striving for Best-Practise recruitment
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing the onboarding process assisted by the Recruitment Officer & administrative support team
  • You will have the support of a high-performing PC&W team who are equally as passionate about delivering specialist advice, technical and management support to a dynamic organisation.

  • About You
  • Some key attributes for your success in this role include :

  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and practices in order to understand the linkages between Talent Acquisition and other HR practice areas
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Legislation that governs recruitment
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting and coordinating recruitment processes in a medium to large diverse organisation
  • Previous experience with online recruitment tools and advertising tools
  • Demonstrated experience preparing job advertisements and other recruitment process
  • HR qualifications desired but not necessary
