What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of Client Success Managers to a world-class level.
  • Continually focus on improving our sales & account management processes, driving efficiency and output.
  • Hire, train, and coach your team to become experts in articulating our value proposition.
  • Motivate and support your team to hit and over-exceed their monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with different departments, such as Revenue Operations & Enablement, to help build and execute best in class account management playbooks.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales & / or account management team, preferably within Tech / SaaS
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor and in a team lead capacity.
  • Track record of developing and improving ramping team members.
  • Experience scaling teams, either in number, geographically or bringing new products to market.
  • You've worked in a fast-paced start-up / scale up environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to lead, motivate and retain staff.
  • Analytical mindset - a problem-solver able to use data to make autonomous decisions.
  • Results-focused and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude.
  • Experience of Solution Selling and / or MEDDICC methodologies is desirable.
