Property Officer

Theo Poulos Real Estate has been owned and operated by the Poulos family since 1960. We specialise in Residential Sales & Property Management, Commercial Sales & Leasing and Business Sales. This is a rare opportunity to join an agency willing to give you the support you need to succeed!

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Respond to rental enquiries
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Manage lease preparation and signups
• Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Conduct routine inspections
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trades
• Support the property management team with various tasks
