Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Support the delivery of initiatives focused on Talent, Leadership, Culture, and DE&I within the embedded HR Team for GSK Australia and New Zealand.
- Work within a team of two at the Abbotsford head office and collaborate with the regional HR team, managers, and employees across GSK.
- Support the Thriving People Leaders annual program schedule, including forums and Leader Labs.
- Manage projects related to the Culture action plan, including culture assurance assessment, manager One80, and engagement survey actions.
- Manage the emerging talent program projects.
- Manage “employer of choice” accreditation processes.
About You
The company is looking for :
Penultimate or final year undergraduate student in Human Resources, ready to start full-time in January 2026 for 12 months.Effective communicator able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Adaptable to change, focused, confident in judgment, and a collaborative team player.Ability to take risks, make agile decisions, and contribute to a high-performing team.Commitment to personal responsibility, inclusivity, and speaking up when necessary.Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or have valid unrestricted working rights for the full 12-month period.Compensation & Benefits
